Pasture-Raised Beef

Our pasture-raised beef has received rave reviews from customers. Our cattle graze on the biodiverse and healthy pastures of the Bluegrass Valley. We want our animals to have healthy pasture for all their nutritional needs and supplement only as needed. We use soy-free organic supplements, Redmond cattle salt, and Thorvin Icelandic Kelp. Pasture-Raised Pork

We are proud to be one of the few farms that produce pasture-raised pork. Our pigs are moved every two weeks to new land for the good of the them and the land. They are never confined and are free for their entire life to root and explore new territories. We feed them only the highest quality organic feed to ensure both the healthfulness and excellent flavor of the pork.
